Copper Canyon is located about 15 miles away from the closest populated town of Hopkinsville, Ky.
where legendary psychic Edgar Cayce resided with his family from 1893 to 1920.
Cayce's early years consisted of a membership with the Disciples of Christ church, a salesman
along with his father for Woodmen of the World Insurance, and an apprenticeship at the W.R Bowles
studio in Hopkinsville.
Though during his lifetime he lived in Texas and Virginia Beach where his work became most
popular, he died in 1945 and was buried in the Riverside Cemetary in Hopkinsville.

""Lucky" Sutton, as he was known to friends and neighbors, was the "patriarch" of this

Billy left the Sutton house to go for some water from the family well, there was no inside
plumbing at the Sutton farm house. At the well, he saw an shining object land in a small gully
about a quarter of a mile away. Running back to the house, he excitedly reported his sighting to
the eleven people in the house. Billy was laughed at, as no one ..."
